Tandrea began this Property Care venture due to her grandmother experiencing mold damage from an unnoticed water leak at her second property here in Florida. Unfortunately, the Insurance didn't cover her grandmother's claims based on the fact that her home had been unoccupied for a long period of time. The property was only being looked on by a friend occasionally. Witnessing the ordeal that her grandmother went through, Tandrea realized that there is a need to help unoccupied property owners in Palm Beach. After much research and extensive on-going training, Rainestone Property Care was born.
